Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet night guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
Manage all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure
Handle telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests
Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services
Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels
Very good knowledge of English language
