Network Infrastructure:

• Network support, cable termination installation, patch panel, rack setup, and VPN configuration.
• Configuration and management of Wi-Fi systems (Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link).

Operating Systems and Equipment:

• Support for operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android) for computers and devices.
• Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of IT equipment (computers, printers, UPS, smartphones, IPTV, VoIP, UPS).

Services & Applications:

• Management of Microsoft 365 accounts (email, OneDrive).
• IPTV support (configuration, troubleshooting).
• Support for PMS applications such as Micros, Simphony, and Opera.
• Installation and support of VoIP phones for employees, including troubleshooting.
• Creation and management of user accounts on various platforms.

Helpdesk & Support:

• Providing helpdesk support for local and remote users.
• Assisting customers and staff with computer, smartphone, and Wi-Fi connection issues.
• Staff training on systems and security.

Inventory Management, Backup Systems, & Reporting:

• Procurement, management, and documentation of computing and mobile devices.
• Backup solutions for computers, servers, and emails via internal systems.
• Creating reports on pending tasks, monitoring progress, and identifying IT environment needs.

Professional Conduct & Customer Service:

• Receiving and executing orders in a professional manner.
• Application of all safety rules.
• Communication with customers and provision of high-quality services to meet personalized needs.
• Effective management of possible complaints.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identifying and reporting needs for changes and improvements in the IT environment.
• Providing creative ideas for the development and optimization of systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for Technology: Love for the field and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of the English language.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and troubleshooting, including diagnosing and repairing UPS and VoIP.
