What’s expected

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly introduction to the restaurant experience.
• Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain an orderly flow of guests and ensure a clean and organized reception area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance to create a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication and guest service.
• Gather guest feedback and communicate any concerns to the management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language; additional languages are an advantage.
