Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Spa Therapists, ensuring consistency and excellence in treatments.

• Perform specialized face and body treatments, customizing them to guest needs.

• Contribute to treatment program development and update service protocols.

• Support training of new therapists and introduce new techniques/products.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Coordinate the setup and presentation of treatment rooms.

• Collect and report guest feedback to the Spa Manager.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels

• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism

• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit

• Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
