Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Guest Experience operations, ensuring exceptional service.

• Collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Organize and manage VIP arrivals, concierge services, and guest tours.

• Personally welcome VIPs, high-profile guests, and Hilton Honors Elite members, ensuring all preferences are met or exceeded.

• Supervise personalized service delivery and maintain updated guest profiles.

• Handle complaints and guest recovery procedures professionally.

• Analyze guest feedback, reviews, and KPIs; prepare reports and suggest improvements.

• Lead, schedule, and train the Guest Experience team to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’

• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism

• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset

• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

• Familiarity with hotel management systems, specifically Opera, is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
