Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed

• Meet and exceed guests expectations by anticipating the services they might require

• Be a source of information to guests and promote hotel’s services and facilities or local unique experiences

• Accommodate general and unique requests

• Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests

• Build a long term relationship with the clients

• Excellent cooperation with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management

• At least 3 years of previous service in a corresponding position in 5 * star hotelsExcellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of German language and proven oral communication skills

• Excellent computer skills

• Previous service in customer service departments
