Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism.

• Assist with luggage, escorts, and information about hotel facilities.

• Safely handle valet services and coordinate transportation requests.

• Support Front Office with transfers, deliveries, and special requests.

• Maintain parking area cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety rules.

• Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior at all times.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’

• Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism

• Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit

• Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
