What’s expected

• Welcome guests providing a friendly and courteous service, according to the hotel quality standards
• Assist with the guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested at the entrance or in the lobby areas
• Ensure safe storage and collect ticketing of guest coats and personal items
• Ensure the lobby and hotel entrance areas are always clean and tidy
• Assist guest with long term luggage storage requests /left luggage requests
• Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage
• Proven experience in a 5* luxury hotel
• Very good knowledge in English
• Second foreign language will be an advantage
