Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to day Front Office operations (Reception, Guest Relations, Night Audit).

  • Ensure excellent guest service throughout arrival, stay, and departure.

  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, daily financial transactions, and reports.

  • Lead, train, and evaluate the Front Office team, preparing work schedules.

  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and online reviews with professionalism.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Guest Experience.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a front office management position in a 5-star hotel

  • Strong leadership and training skills to ensure team development

  • Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of a second language is a plus

  • Proficient in hotel management software (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to handle diverse situations
