Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service

• Managing all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure of the guests

• Providing information to guests in regards of the hotel facilities, events and services

• Handling telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests

• Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times

• Effectively handling guests’ feedback, comments or complaints

• Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage

• Proven experience as Front Office Agent in a 5* luxury hotel

• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS

• Fluency in English and in a second foreign language
