Key Responsibilities

• Creates personalized workout programs for guests.

• Supervises the execution of exercises and provides guidance on proper technique.

• Inspects equipment and ensures it is safe for use.

• Implements hygiene and cleanliness standards within the fitness area.

• Provides advice on nutrition and overall physical well-being.

• Responds to guest inquiries and offers professional support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer, preferably in 5* hotels or fitness centers.

• Certification in fitness training or personal training (recognized qualifications will be considered an asset).

• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety procedures, and nutrition basics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude.

• Professional appearance, energetic and motivating personality.
