Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and effectively manage all Food and Beverage (F&B) operations along with the daily operational activities, ensuring that they align with budgeted financial guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality and service excellence.

• Maintain and preserve exceptional levels of customer service, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

• Collaborate with chefs to design innovative, cost-effective menus aligned with brand standards and customer preferences.

• Proactively identify and address customers’ needs, ensuring that all concerns and inquiries are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing F&B team by actively attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating skilled personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Ensure strict compliance with all Health and Safety regulations to provide a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.

• Establish and monitor clear performance targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), policies, and operational procedures for the department, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

• Provide regular and detailed reports to management regarding sales results, operating costs, and overall productivity to inform strategic decision-making.

• Ensure that all operations are in compliance with ISO and HACCP quality management standards, maintaining the integrity and safety of food and beverage offerings.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business or related field

• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in 5-star hotels

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage

• Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)
