Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Πραγματοποιεί προληπτικές επιθεωρήσεις σε πίνακες, καλωδιώσεις, φωτιστικά, κινητήρες και ηλεκτρικά δίκτυα.

• Ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα σε βλάβες φωτισμού, παροχών ρεύματος, μηχανημάτων κουζίνας, συστημάτων HVAC και πλυντηρίων.

• Διασφαλίζει την ασφαλή και ορθή λειτουργία όλων των ηλεκτρικών εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου.

• Υποστηρίζει έργα εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και εγκαθιστά σχετικά συστήματα (LED, αισθητήρες, timers, αυτοματισμούς).

• Συμπληρώνει δελτία εργασίας και αναφορές συντήρησης, τηρεί αρχείο επιθεωρήσεων και επισκευών.

• Εργάζεται πάντα με βάση τα πρότυπα ΕΛΟΤ HD384 και την ηλεκτρολογική νομοθεσία.

• Χειρίζεται με ασφάλεια τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία και εφαρμόζει τους κανόνες προστασίας και πρώτων βοηθειών.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive inspections of panels, wiring, lighting fixtures, motors, and electrical networks.

• Respond immediately to faults in lighting, power supplies, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and laundry machinery.

• Ensure safe and correct operation of all hotel electrical installations.

• Support energy-saving projects and install related systems (LED, sensors, timers, automation).

• Complete work orders and maintenance reports; maintain inspection and repair records.

• Always work in compliance with ELOT HD384 standards and electrical legislation.

• Safely operate electrical tools and follow safety and first-aid protocols.

Requirements

• Κατάλληλη Επαγγελματική και Τεχνική κατάρτιση

• Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον δύο (2) χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία πέντε αστέρων

• Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας επιθυμητή

• Appropriate professional and technical qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel environment

• Proficiency in English is desirable
