Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets.

• Perform recipe costing and ensure accurate pricing of items.

• Conduct stock counts and cash/quantity audits in F&B and retail outlets.

• Track sales performance, including special events and staff incentives.

• Input and manage data in POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros).

• Prepare and issue monthly cost and performance reports.

• Ensure accurate registration and management of Micros and maison cards.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Previous experience in F&B cost control or hospitality finance.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of POS/ERP systems is an asset.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
