Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Requirements
Degree from a bartender school or similar
Knowledge and techniques of high level cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wine
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels or a la carte restaurants
Very good knowledge of English language
Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
