Key Responsibilities
Supervises, trains, and motivates the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversees daily operations and ensures smooth execution of all bar duties.
Creates and updates the beverage and cocktail menu in collaboration with the F&B Manager, ensuring creativity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Prepares and serves drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
Monitors inventory levels and communicates replenishment needs promptly.
Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area at all times.
Maintains compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Inspects bar equipment regularly and reports any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bar management role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar equipment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus
