What you'll do
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across the full lifecycle
- Model processes using BPMN and define decision logic with DMN
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality backlog artefacts
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Contribute to solution design, validation, testing, and acceptance activities
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interactions, and co-creation sessions
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- BPMN modelling and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) skills
- Business analysis with requirements elicitation and documentation
- Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban experience
- User stories and acceptance criteria definition
- Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for requirements validation
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Process analysis, redesign, and process modelling (AS-IS/TO-BE)
- Collaborative teamwork with strong communication skills (English C1)
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solution design
- Computer Science / Statistics / Business Administrationpreferred
