NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Risk Management Lead in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

Your role:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks across the organization. 

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize identified risks. 

• Continuously monitor risk exposure and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on risk status and trends. 

• Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. 

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about risk management practices and their roles in mitigating risks. 

• Collaborate with crisis management teams to develop and implement response plans for potential crises. 

• Work closely with various departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all business processes and decision-making. 

• Regularly review and update risk management processes and tools based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and organizational needs.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). 

• 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme management. 

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes. 

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe). 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. 

• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. 

• Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management). 

• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative risk assessment techniques. 

• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
