As a Network Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud computing architecture. You will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage cloud technologies to achieve its goals efficiently and securely.

Your role:

• Oversee the configuration, monitoring and maintenance of LAN, WAN, VPN and firewalls environments.

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.

• Assure implementation of scalable, secure and high-performance network solutions.

• Lead incident response efforts and performing post-incident analysis regarding network infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain network monitoring tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams or infrastructure projects, disaster recovery plans and cloud networking initiatives.

• Analyse network performance and optimize speed and reliability.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 

• Manage vendor relationship and evaluate network product/services.

• Oversee the development of network configuration and diagrams.

• Provide technical guidance during incidents and ensure root cause analysis and documentation.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on network availability.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.

• Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), Fortinet NSE, Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE 

• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Deep knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption).

• Deep understanding of IP routing and switching.

• Proficiency with Layer2/Layer3 network protocols and technologies.

• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure or GCP).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus.

• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
