NTT Data Greece team is looking for an IT Bid Architect in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

As an IT Bid Architect, you will support the preparation of high-quality technical proposals for European Institutions and other public International Organisations. This role involves close collaboration with technical experts and pre-sales teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, structured, and compelling documentation.

Your role:

• Develop comprehensive technical answers and clarifications during EU tender processes.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions.

• Define governance and operational models, including roles, responsibilities, and service functions.

• Establish high-level IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices in line with ITIL standards.

• Define quality management frameworks for IT projects and services.

• Describe step-by-step methodologies (e.g., development lifecycle) and processes to achieve specific project objectives.

• Work with internal technical experts to translate solutions into complete and compliant tender responses.

• Participate in workshops with technical stakeholders to build consensus and ensure alignment across proposal components.

• Review and provide constructive feedback on technical documents prepared by other contributors.

• Present and explain owned documentation during internal peer reviews.

• Draft, update, and maintain internal IT documentation.

• Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members as needed.
