- Manage Group Life and Health policies from the current portfolio
- Initiate administration process for new policies after issuance
- Update company informational system with changes of employee clients and policy endorsements
- Perform billing calculation
- Monitor collection process
- Conduct customer reconciliation process
- Prepare monthly end-of-month reporting
Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Skills in billing calculation and customer reconciliation
- Experience with monthly end-of-month reporting
- Strong customer communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail, adaptability to change, and customer centricity
- Management / Insurance / Economicspreferred

About the job
POS EB & Credit Life Employee will manage a specific number of Group Life and Health policies from current portfolio. For new policies as soon as the policy issuance is agreed and completed, POS EB & Credit Life employee will be able to initiate the administration process with the bellow described procedures according to policy terms and internal processes.
Your day-to-day:
Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements
Billing Calculation
Monitoring of collection process
Customer reconciliation process
Monthly EOM Reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
Very good command of MS Office especially in excel
Ability to adapt to change
Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
