About the job
As a Group Pension Employee, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Pension policies, ensuring accurate policy administration, financial transactions, and high-quality client service. The role combines operational excellence, data accuracy, and direct client support, contributing to the smooth execution of pension-related processes.
Your day-to-day:
Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements
Billing Calculation
Benefit calculation and payment process
Management (buy & sell orders) for clients investment selection
Members account transfer process
Fund statement/individual statement issuance
Customer reconciliation process
Monthly EOM Reporting
Customers digital platform support
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
Very good command of MS Office especially in excel
Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment
Familiarity with pension products or policy administration systems is a plus
