Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Sales & Operations Executive, to join our team. 

During your day you will:

•    Ensure the implementation of category management policies and requirements across points of sale while offering recommendations for improvement
•    Perform on-site visits to inspect store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
•    Provide training to store staff to develop their skills and enhance their job performance
•    Implement standard operating procedures and best practices and monitor operational metrics
•    Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to ensure optimal inventory management, meeting customer demand while preventing stockouts
•    Propose best practices from owned network to franchisees so to ensure sustainable business growth
•    Monitor store sales performance and communicate effectively monthly / annual targets to shop managers
•    Register and report issues related to the retail offering and day to day operations in stores to the Business Line lead
•    Provide feedback to Company’s commercial, marketing and supply departments regarding on-site delivery of the retail Customer Value Proposition

What you need to stand out:

•    Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Studies or a related field
•    Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
•    1-2 years of working experience in similar roles in retail or FMCG companies 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
•    Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
