Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching for a Project Manager (Facilities Renovation Projects) to assure the properfunctionality & layout of work facilities and handle the maintenance, construction, relocation,waste management and cleaning requests.

During your day you will:

• Prepare project scopes, budgets, and review/assess technical studies and designs developed by third parties, ensuring readiness for tendering

• Oversee the bidding process, manage the entire construction lifecycle, and monitor contractors/sub-contractors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and compliance standards

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning expectations and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle

• Serve as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders on issues, scope changes, or delays—securing approvals for adjustments when required

• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance with studies, QHSSE, and relevant regulations

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or other related field

• At least 5 years of experience in similar position

• Ability to evaluate and analyze contracts

• Proven experience in Project Management

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)

• Good knowledge of AUTOCAD

• Proficient use of MS Office tools.

• Project Management Certification will be highly considered as a plus
