construction project manager

Currently we are searching to hire a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for project management of Renewable Energy Source (RES) and other energy projects including support on coordination, supervision of construction and assurance of projects’ completion on time, within budget and within scope.

During your day you will:

• Manage RES and other energy projects’ construction in order to ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Cooperate with third parties/vendors and all stakeholders involved

• Support the projects’ development and design

• Participate in the drawing up of final contracts regarding the equipment supplies and services (e.g civil engineer work, electrical/mechanical work, etc)

• Work with QHSSE Advisor for ensuring all site safety procedures are strictly adhered to, including daily and weekly meetings and documentation routines

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus

• At least 8 years professional experience at Project Management in construction field, including in energy projects especially PV projects

• PMP or other related Certification is considered a plus

• Strong understanding of the execution of RES projects

• Knowledge of power engineering, electricity production and transmission

• Experience in developing and tracking budgets, managing contractors and technical teams on project sites

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Autocad

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
