Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a Maintenance Engineer to develop maintenance drawings and designs, implements preventive and regular maintenance schedules, and diagnoses and resolves issues for retail station buildings and stand-alone stores.
During your day you will:
Develop detailed maintenance drawings and designs to guide maintenance activities and improve building systems
Implement and carry out preventive and regular maintenance schedules for retail station buildings and stand-alone stores to ensure optimal functionality and appearance
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Monitor and supervise vendors performing maintenance activities and developing maintenance designs, ensuring compliance with company standards and acceptance of services performed.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, ensure adherence to maintenance plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to QHSSE protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Master’s degree in Engineering/ Project Management/ MBA or other related field will be considered as a plus
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance/ operations and energy related project
Familiarity with Project Management
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
Proficient use of MS Office tools

Βασικός στόχος του προγράµµατος είναι ο συνεχής εµπλουτισµός των επαγγελµατικών γνώσεων των εργαζόµενων, η διεύρυνση των δεξιοτήτων τους και η αναβάθµιση της τεχνικής τους κατάρτισης ώστε να είναι δυνατή η υλοποίηση του έργου τους καθηµερινά αλλά και µακροπρόθεσµα.
Ως εκ τούτου το 2021 πραγματοποιήθηκαν προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης διάρκειας 34.878 ανθρωποωρών ενώ εκπαιδεύτηκε το 81% των εργαζομένων της εταιρείας.
