About the job
We are looking for an Account Manager who will develop chemicals sales mainly in Greece and Balkans, ensuring robust supply contracts, strong customer base and pipeline, operational excellence and optimum logistics.
During your day you will:
Develop sales to existing and new customers in Greece & Balkans.
Create, propose and direct a commercial strategy for new products to deliver growth while securing business continuity and competitiveness.
Implement the commercial strategy for detergents and cosmetics.
Develop new supply contracts by identifying prospective clients.
Be responsible for optimum logistics (transportation & warehousing).
Ensure excellent QHSSE performance and legal compliance in their processes.
Ensure operational excellence, minimum customer complaints & effective resolution for the customers under responsibility.
Oversee the end to end processes for direct and indirect sales, marketing, customer service and back-office operations related to their sales.
Maximize cross-business synergies and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Chemical Engineering
Master’s degree in related fields will be considered an asset
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Proficient use of MS Office tools
Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
Team working
Negotiations & Communication Skills
