The Company

Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) is an energy group based in Greece with one of the top refineries in Europe. The company plays a leading role in the sectors of crude oil refining and marketing of petroleum products in Greece, as well as the greater eastern Mediterranean region, supplying its customers with a wide range of high-quality products.

Our exports-driven refinery sells its products in the international market across the globe and works closely with oil majors, trading firms and National Oil Corporations. The Group has also a significant presence in fuel retail networks, in lubricants sector and in the liquified gas sector. We are also actively engaged in the power and natural gas market as well as in the Renewable Energy Sector.

Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Back Office Operator to join our Supply & Trading Team.

During your day you will:

• Calculate cost of product and prices on a daily basis

• Define prices for purchases/sales with third parties, on a daily basis

• Run daily SAP activities related to purchases, sales, freight, throughput and controls

• Be responsible for the Invoices (refineries, freight services and third parties) in coordination with the Finance department

• Create, maintain, and monitor supply contracts, including purchases, sales, freight and throughput agreements mainly within SAP

• Ensure smooth execution of Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other relevant field

• Master’ s degree in one of the abovementioned disciplines will be considered an asset

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience on a related field

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written).

• Proficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel.

• Working knowledge of SAP
