What you'll do
- Lead change management processes and deliverables for the S4/o9 project across MEU in your function
- Act as a change partner and manage stakeholder engagement to build awareness and adoption of S4/o9 implementation
- Work with senior leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation aligned with MEU S4/o9 program
- Set change strategies and create comprehensive plans aligned with global S4/o9 goals and organizational objectives
- Identify and assess change impacts to the organization and capture Change Impact Assessments by role
- Own the end-to-end functional training journey including TNA, curriculum development, localization, and train-the-trainer delivery
- Support BU Change Teams, Workstream Leads, SMEs, and Key Users through coaching, partnership, and content expertise
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change strategies by defining and tracking KPIs
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Change Management and Business Transformation skills with global project experience
- Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-functional Collaboration with senior executives
- Training Needs Analysis and Training and Instructional Design including program delivery
- KPI Measurement and Data Analysis to assess change impact and effectiveness
- Adaptability and Problem Solving to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning functional knowledge
- Business Administration / Change Managementpreferred

About the job
You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the S4/o9 project across MEU for your function. This leadership role works directly with senior-level leaders across functions and in the BUs to drive the S4/o9 transformation.
How you will contribute
You will:
Act as a change partnerfor the functionand be accountable for change management and communications, managing stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, and adoption of the S4/o9 implementation.
Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies toidentifyand drive transformation, ensuring alignment between functional needs and the MEU S4/o9 program.
Set change strategies and create comprehensive plans aligned with global S4/o9 goals and broader organizationalobjectives.
Identifyand assess change impactsto the organization, capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA) broken down by role
Own the end-to-end functional training journey- including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum and material development, localization, and train-the-trainer delivery
Build change capabilityby supporting BU Change Teams, Workstream Leads, SMEs, and Key Users through active coaching, partnership, and functional contentexpertisewhen called upon.
Measure andmonitorthe ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies by defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and adoption.

Proven experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Deep knowledge of best practices in change management principles and experience managing large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Training and instructional design experience, including managing the delivery of comprehensive training programs.
A passion for change and big-picture thinking, balanced with a "roll up your sleeves" approach to work both strategically and tactically.

This role reports directly into the o9 MEU Change Lead.
The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.
What you need to know about this position:
This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your functional S4/o9 team.
The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with high visibility within MEU.
