About the job
As Business Continuity Lead you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Business Continuity Management program that supports our global operations. The Business Continuity Lead will support all business plan activities necessary to enable Mondelez manage an unforeseen event in the corporate offices and plants as well as continually look to improve the operational resilience in BC planning.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and maintain a global business continuity strategy and framework for offices and plants.
- Design and implement business impact analyses to prioritize critical functions and processes for continuity planning.
- Create and maintain business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct regular drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs to ensure employees are familiar with business continuity procedures.
.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience 8+ years in business continuity planning and management, with a focus on global operations.
- Professional certification in the Business Continuity Field (CBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301) – preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proficient in the use of business continuity planning tools and software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
