What you'll do
- Manage water supply installations including water treatment and quality improvement facilities
- Manage water supply systems in rooms, common areas and swimming pools
- Manage sewerage and stormwater systems including wastewater treatment units
- Record, monitor and optimize system operation per hotel unit, including on-site inspections
- Monitor and check water quality laboratory analyses for wastewater, pools and reverse osmosis
- Develop preventive maintenance programs per unit and system
- Coordinate and guide technical teams during preventive and corrective maintenance
- Control water consumption and implement savings practices
- Collaborate with hotel technical teams, management, external partners and public authorities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental standards and certification requirements
- Write technical reports and improvement proposals
Key requirements
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering or related)
- Experience managing hydraulic installations in hotels or large buildings
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- English language proficiency
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Coordination of technical teams
- Attention to detail
- Collaboration with technical teams and public authorities
- Preventive maintenance scheduling
