What you'll do
- Manage guest arrivals and departures

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of English language
- Excellent knowledge of Protel hotel software
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Telephone switchboard management

Ως Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής θα παρέχετε υπηρεσίες στο χώρο της ρεσεψιόν σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου, θα διατηρείτε καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο το χώρο εργασίας και θα αναθέτετε εργασίες στους συναδέλφους σας στη βάρδια σας, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του άμεσου προϊσταμένου σας.
Αρμοδιότητες
Διαχειρίζεται τις αφίξεις και αναχωρήσεις των φιλοξενούμενων.
Εξυπηρετεί τους φιλοξενούμενους και διαχειρίζεται τα όποια προβλήματα ή επιθυμίες.
Διαχειρίζεται το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
Διαχειρίζεται την ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία.
Διαχειρίζεται το ταμείο της υποδοχής.
Ενημερώνει και ενημερώνεται μέσω της Προϊσταμένης Ορόφων και του Προϊσταμένου Συντήρησης για τα όποια προβλήματα στα δωμάτια φιλοξενουμένων.

Απαιτήσεις
Απαιτήσεις
Τουριστική εκπαίδευση/δίπλωμα/ Πτυχίο/ Σπουδές θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
Εμπειρία σε 2+ έτη σε αντίστοιχο πόστο, ιδανικά σε 5* ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.
Γνώση της αγγλικής.
Γνώση δεύτερης γλώσσας θεωρούνται επιπλέον προσόν.
Άριστη γνώση ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος Protel.
Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel).
