What you'll do
- Replenish the buffet according to operating standards and recipes
- Maintain the buffet’s cleanliness and orderly presentation during restaurant operating hours
- Coordinate with the team and supervisor to support smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
- Report problems and workstation material shortages promptly to your supervisor
- Follow ISO procedures and apply hygiene and safety rules at your workstation
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Buffet replenishment and recipe knowledge
- Buffet cleanliness and organization
- Communication with supervisors
- ISO procedures and hygiene and safety rules
- Compliance with operating standards
