Ως Sous Chef του ξενοδοχείου υποστηρίζεις τον Ex. Chef σε όλες τις εργασίες που αφορούν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος, την διατήρηση των υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης, της παρακολούθησης των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας και την επίτευξη των στόχων του ξενοδοχείου.
Αρμοδιότητες
Είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της κουζίνας, τη διατήρηση του υψηλού επιπέδου παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών, το συντονισμό, την οργάνωση και τον έλεγχο της τήρησης των διαδικασιών.
Φροντίδα για την οργάνωση της κουζίνας (Μαγειρικά σκεύη κλπ)
Επίβλεψη όλων των ενεργειών του προσωπικού κατά τη διάρκεια εργασίας
Δοκιμή & έλεγχος όλων των παρασκευών και των πιάτων πριν σερβιριστούν στους πελάτες
Τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής και αποθήκευσης των πρώτων υλών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα HACCP
Φροντίδα για την καθαριότητα του χώρου μετά το τέλος της μαγειρικής
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
5ετής προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχείο
Απόφοιτος μαγειρικής σχολής
Γνώση των προτύπων διαχείρισης τροφίμων
