What you'll do
- Prepare the bar station (mise en place)
- Know the drink menu and wine list
- Serve customers according to hospitality standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Monitor bar supplies and inform supervisor
- Communicate any issues to the supervisor
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Tourism education
- Experience in the Bar department at a 4* or 5* hotel
- English language proficiency written & spoken
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and PDA order taking
- Professionalism, reliability, responsibility
- Empathy, adaptability, teamwork and collaboration

Ως Σερβιτόροι Α Μπαρ θα υποστηρίζετε όλες τις εργασίες που αφορούν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του πόστου τη διατήρηση των υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης, της παρακολούθησης των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας και την επίτευξη των επιχειρησιακών στόχων.
Αρμοδιότητες
Προετοιμάζει το πόστο του (mise en place).
Γνωρίζει το μενού ποτών και τη λίστα κρασιών.
Εξυπηρετεί τους πελάτες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα φιλοξενίας του Ομίλου .
Τακτοποιεί και διατηρεί καθαρό τον χώρο εργασίας του.
Παρακολουθεί τις προμήθειες στο πόστο του και ενημερώνει σχετικά τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο του
Επικοινωνεί με τον άμεσο προϊστάμενο για τυχόν προβλήματα.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Τουριστική Εκπαίδευση.
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια στο τμήμα Μπαρ σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτών & προφορικών).
Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office,
Καλή Γνώση PDA (παραγγελιοληψία)
