What you'll do
- Organize and execute daily mini club activities
- Receive and hand over children according to company procedures ensuring their safety, care, and entertainment
- Implement approved mini club activities ensuring active participation and satisfaction of children
- Manage consumable orders for the department
- Prepare and run mini disco programs
- Report any equipment damages in your area of responsibility
- Participate in hotel entertainment activities
Key requirements
- Degree in Kindergarten / Early Childhood Education TE
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of German language
- Good computer skills
- Professionalism and responsibility
- Empathy and adaptability
- Teamwork
- Preschool Education / Early Childhood Education

Ως Παιδαγωγός, θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για την ασφάλεια, διαπαιδαγώγηση και τη διασκέδαση των παιδιών, δημιουργώντας έναν διασκεδαστικό και θετικό πλαίσιο παιχνιδιού και δημιουργικής απασχόλησης, με βάση τα πρότυπα και τις αξίες του Ομίλου Mitsis.
Αρμοδιότητες
· Οργανώνει και εκτελεί τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες του mini club.
· Παραλαμβάνει και παραδίδει τα παιδιά σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες του Ομίλου και είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ασφάλεια, τη φροντίδα και τη διασκέδαση τους καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια παραμονής τους στο mini club.
· Εφαρμόζει τις εγκεκριμένες δραστηριότητες του miniclub και διασφαλίζει την ενεργή συμμετοχή και ικανοποίηση των παιδιών.
· Φροντίζει τις παραγγελίες αναλωσίμων του τμήματος.
· Προετοιμάζει και εκτελεί το πρόγραμμα της mini disco.
· Αναφέρει τυχόν βλάβες εξοπλισμού στο τμήμα ευθύνης τους.
· Συμμετέχει σε ψυχαγωγικές δραστηριότητες του ξενοδοχείου.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
· Πτυχίο Νηπιαγωγού / Βρεφονηπιοκόμου ΤΕ
· Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
· Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής και Γερμανικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
· Καλή γνώση Η/Υ
