What you'll do
- Execute daily menu production following operational standards and recipes
- Collaborate with team and supervisor for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
- Report any problems or material shortages to the supervisor immediately
- Guide and advise subordinates to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow required ISO procedures and ensure proper hygiene and safety compliance at the workstation
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Cooking and menu execution
- Material Management skills
- Knowledge of Cooking Trends
- Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Rules
- Experience with ISO Procedures
- Culinary Arts

Ως Μάγειρες Β θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για την εκτέλεση και παραγωγή του μενού σύμφωνα με τα συνταγολόγια και τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Αρμοδιότητες
Συμμετέχει στην καθημερινή παραγωγή του μενού του τμήματός του, σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα και το συνταγολόγιο του Ομίλου.
Συνεργάζεται με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο του ώστε να υπάρχει ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
Ενημερώνει άμεσα τον προϊστάμενο του για οποιαδήποτε προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο του.
Κατευθύνει και συμβουλεύει τους υφιστάμενους του για ομαλή ροή της εργασίας τους.
Τηρεί τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και διασφαλίζει την ορθή εφαρμογή των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση του.
Απαιτήσεις
Πτυχίο Μαγειρικής
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχο πόστο, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον
Γνώσεις διαχείρισης υλικών και μαγειρικών τάσεων
Γνώση και τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
