Ως μάγειρες Γ' θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για την παραγωγή και εκτέλεση συνταγών σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα και συνταγολόγια του Ομίλου και τις οδηγίες του άμεσα προϊστάμενου σας.
Αρμοδιότητες
Συμμετέχετε στην καθημερινή παραγωγή του πρωινού, μεσημεριανού και βραδινού μενού σύμφωνα με τα συνταγολόγια σε a la carte βάση.
Συνεργάζεστε με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο σας ώστε να υπάρχει ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση αναγκών.
Εξασφαλίζετε τη σωστή διαχείριση υλικών και εξοπλισμού.
Τηρείτε τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και διασφαλίζετε την ορθή εφαρμογή των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στο πόστο σας.
