Ως Λαντζέρης θα εξασφαλίζετε την καθαριότητα και την υγιεινή στον χώρο της κουζίνας και του εστιατορίου, υποστηρίζοντας παράλληλα την ομάδα της κουζίνας στην καθαριότητα και την τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής στον χώρο εργασίας.
Αρμοδιότητες
Πλύσιμο και στέγνωμα πιάτων, ποτηριών, μαχαιροπήρουνων και άλλων σκευών.
Χειρισμός επαγγελματικών πλυντηρίων πιάτων και άλλων σχετικών μηχανημάτων.
Συνεργάζεται με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο του ώστε να υπάρχει ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
Ενημερώνει άμεσα τον προϊστάμενο του για οποιαδήποτε προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο του.
Τηρεί τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και διασφαλίζει την ορθή εφαρμογή των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση του.

Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
