What you'll do
- Support recruitment, manage job postings and CVs in Workable, and participate in candidate interviews.
- Coordinate employee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Provide daily support to employees and department heads on personnel management and employee relations.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, leave, and other personnel changes with Payroll.
- Coordinate accommodation, meals, and transportation for seasonal staff.
- Support performance reviews, training, and employee recognition activities.
- Maintain personnel records, ensure employment-law and GDPR compliance, and collect data for HR KPI monitoring.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Human Resources Process Management, Recruitment Management, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Workable and Onboarding
- Employee Relations Management and Employment Law
- Attendance and Leave Management and Payroll Coordination
- Personnel Records Management, GDPR, and HR KPI Monitoring
- Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Excel, and English Language
- Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
