What you'll do
- Transfer luggage upon guest arrival and departure in coordination with reception
- Escort guests to and from their rooms in coordination with reception
- Deliver messages and updates between guest rooms and reception
- Manage luggage storage on guests' departure day
- Communicate with reception to facilitate service and resolve issues
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area
- Report any problems to your immediate supervisor
- Provide services according to group standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Oral proficiency in English
- Experience in similar department ideally in hotel environment
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for the role
- Adaptability and resistance to pressure
- Professionalism, reliability, and responsibility
- Tourismpreferred

Ως Γκρουμ στο χώρο της υποδοχής (reception) θα παρέχετε σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου υπηρεσίες εξυπηρέτησης των φιλοξενούμενων καθόλη τη διάρκεια της παρουσίας τους, δηλαδή κατά την άφιξη, διαμονή και αναχώρηση τους.
Αρμοδιότητες
· Μεταφέρει αποσκευές κατά την άφιξη ή/και την αναχώρηση από και προς το δωμάτιο τους σε συνεννόηση με την υποδοχή.
· Συνοδεύει φιλοξενουμένους κατά την άφιξη ή/και την αναχώρηση από και προς το δωμάτιο τους σε συνεννόηση με την υποδοχή.
· Μεταφέρει μηνύματα ή/και ενημερώσεις από και προς τα δωμάτια φιλοξενουμένων σε συνεννόηση με την υποδοχή.
· Επιμελείται της φύλαξης των αποσκευών στο χώρο αποθήκευσης αποσκευών την ημέρα της αναχώρησης των φιλοξενουμένων.
· Επικοινωνεί με την υποδοχή για διευκόλυνση και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
· Τακτοποιεί και διατηρεί καθαρό των χώρο εργασίας του.
· Επικοινωνεί με τον άμεσο προϊστάμενο για τυχόν προβλήματα.
· Παρέχει υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Τουριστική εκπαίδευση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
Εμπειρία σε 2+ έτη σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.
Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά).
Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ενθουσιασμό για το αντικείμενο.
Προσαρμοστικότητά και αντοχή στην πίεση.
