What you'll do
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the hotel menu and recipes
- Prepare cocktails and beverages following group standards
- Set up the workstation before shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Check local storage and manage stock levels
- Place orders for supplies following operational procedures
- Communicate problems to immediate supervisor
- Provide services adhering to group hygiene, safety, and service standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Bartending and cocktail preparation skills
- Stock management and inventory control
- Oral English communication proficiency

Ως Bartender θα παρασκευάζετε ποτά και ροφήματα σύμφωνα με τον κατάλογο (μενού) ποτών και το συνταγολόγιο του ξενοδοχείου. Θα διατηρείτε ένα καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο χώρο εργασίας και θα παρέχετε υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και εξυπηρέτησης του Ομίλου.
Αρμοδιότητες
Παρασκευάζει αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά.
Παρασκευάζει κοκτέιλ και ροφήματα σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Προετοιμάζει το πόστο (mise en place) πριν την έναρξη.
Τακτοποιεί και διατηρεί καθαρό το χώρο εργασίας του.
Ελέγχει την τοπική αποθήκη.
Ελέγχει το απόθεμα και πραγματοποιεί νέες παραγγελίες σύμφωνα με τις λειτουργικές διαδικασίες του Ομίλου.
Επικοινωνεί με τον άμεσο προϊστάμενο για τυχόν προβλήματα.
Παρέχει υπηρεσίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Τουριστική εκπαίδευση.
Εμπειρία 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.
Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά).
