What you'll do
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare cocktails and drinks according to company standards
- Complete station preparation (mise en place) before service
- Organize and maintain a clean workplace
- Monitor the local stockroom
- Check inventory and place new orders according to operating procedures
- Communicate any issues to your direct supervisor
- Provide service according to company standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cocktail preparation and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
