What you'll do
- Execute daily production of bakery products following baker's instructions and group operational standards
- Collaborate with team and supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
- Report promptly to supervisor any material shortages or problems at your station
- Adhere to ISO procedures and ensure proper hygiene and safety rules are applied at your position
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar department, preferably in a hotel environment
- Degree in pastry and bakery arts (desired)
- Knowledge of material management
- Compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Pastry and Bakery Artspreferred

Ως βοηθός αρτοποιού θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για την εκτέλεση και παραγωγή αρτοσκευασμάτων σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του αρτοποιού, τα συνταγολόγια και τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Αρμοδιότητες
Συμμετέχετε στην καθημερινή παραγωγή σκευασμάτων για τις ανάγκες του ξενοδοχείου, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του αρτοποιού και τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
Συνεργάζεστε με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο σας ώστε να υπάρχει ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων.
Ενημερώνετε άμεσα τον προϊστάμενο σας για οποιαδήποτε προβλήματα ή ελλείψεις υλικών στο πόστο σας.
Τηρείτε τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και διασφαλίζετε την ορθή εφαρμογή των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση σας.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον
Πτυχίο αρτοζαχαροπλαστικής (επιθυμητό)
Γνώσεις διαχείρισης υλικών
Γνώση και τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
