What you'll do
- Record financial transactions in the property’s information system.
- Conduct daily audits of transactions and documents, including invoices and operating and capital expenses.
- Reconcile customer accounts and monitor agency collections.
- Check myDATA and classify expense and revenue documents.
- Monitor suppliers and reconcile balances.
- Communicate with staff to resolve payroll matters and process payroll entries.
- Complete month-end closing, including invoicing, intercompany reconciliation and depreciation accounting.
- Maintain physical and electronic records.
Key requirements
- Accounting & auditing: Accounting transaction recording; Transaction and document auditing.
- Reconciliations & monitoring: Customer and supplier reconciliations; Agency collections monitoring; Supplier and balance monitoring.
- Month-end accounting: Payroll; Invoicing; Month-end closing; Intercompany reconciliation; Depreciation accounting.
- Systems & records: myDATA; Excel; Pylon; Physical and electronic records management.
- Economics / Business Administration / Accounting
