Αυτή τη στιγμή αναζητούμε ένα άτομο για τη θέση του Βοηθού Αποθηκάριου στην Υπηρεσία Προμηθειών / Αποθήκης, στο Ενεργειακό Κέντρο Κορίνθου.
Εντασσόμενος/η σε αυτόν τον ρόλο, θα υποστηρίζετε τη λειτουργία της αποθήκης του Ενεργειακού Κέντρου, συμβάλλοντας στην ορθή παραλαβή, αποθήκευση και διακίνηση υλικών, στην καταχώρηση κινήσεων στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα και στη διατήρηση της εύρυθμης και οργανωμένης λειτουργίας της αποθήκης.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Υποστήριξη στην παραλαβή, αποστολή και χορήγηση ανταλλακτικών και καταχώρηση των σχετικών κινήσεων στο ERP σύστημα.
Συμμετοχή στον έλεγχο συμφωνίας μεταξύ παραγγελιών και φυσικών παραλαβών και αναφορά αποκλίσεων.
Υποστήριξη στην καταγραφή και ενημέρωση αρχείων κινήσεων υλικών αποθήκη.ς
Υποστήριξη στην έκδοση και διαχείριση παραστατικών (Ηλεκτρονικό Δελτίο Αποστολής).
Συμμετοχή στην παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και παγίων της αποθήκης.
Υποστήριξη στην οργάνωση, τοποθέτηση και χωροθέτηση υλικών στην αποθήκη.
Συμβολή στη διατήρηση ευταξίας και καθαριότητας των αποθηκευτικών χώρω.ν
Συνεργασία με την ομάδα προμηθειών και λοιπές υπηρεσίες του Ενεργειακού Κέντρου.
Συμμετοχή σε απογραφές και υποστήριξη των διαχειριστικών διαδικασιών.
Χρήση ERP/WMS συστημάτων (SAP S/4HANA επιθυμητό) υπό καθοδήγηση.
Υποστήριξη σε πρόσθετες εργασίες της αποθήκης όπου απαιτείται.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Απόφοιτος δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
1+ έτους εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
Εξοικείωση ή διάθεση εκμάθησης ERP/WMS συστημάτων (SAP S/4HANA επιθυμητό).
Δίπλωμα χειρισμού κλαρκ (περονοφόρου ανυψωτικού) ή/και γερανογέφυρας θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και MS Office.
Ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον.
