Αυτήν τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Σύμβουλο Πωλήσεων Λιανικής για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα B2C, του τομέα Fully Integrated Energy Utility, στο κατάστημα Protergia στην Αγία Παρασκευή.
Εντασσόμενος/η σε αυτόν τον ρόλο, θα συμβάλλετε στην παροχή άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη και στην επιτυχία του καταστήματος. Θα αποτελέσετε το πρώτο σημείο επαφής, προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση και καθοδήγηση, ενώ θα υποστηρίζετε την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων, τη σωστή λειτουργία του καταστήματος και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων πελατών.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Παροχή εξατομικευμένης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και πρόταση κατάλληλων λύσεων
Συμβολή στην επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων του καταστήματος
Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση παραπόνων με στόχο τη διατήρηση της πελατειακής σχέσης
Παροχή υποστήριξης μετά την πώληση και επίλυση ζητημάτων
Παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων πελατών για έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
Διαχείριση ταμειακών συναλλαγών με ασφάλεια
Οργάνωση και ανανέωση βιτρινών και διατήρηση καθαριότητας καταστήματος
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Εμπειρία 1+ έτους σε περιβάλλον πωλήσεων
Εμπειρία στον ενεργειακό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση, προσαρμοστικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
