About the job

We are looking for a  Account Stores Supervisor North to join our B2C team in Thessaloniki.

 

By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in driving the growth and success of both franchisee and owned stores. You'll develop sales strategies, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and ensure operational efficiency. By supporting franchisees and leading initiatives for store optimization, you'll help enhance performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership and analytical skills will be key to achieving business goals and fostering strong partnerships.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for both franchisee and owned stores to meet sales targets and foster growth.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and sales events to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify best practices and innovative strategies for enhancing store performance.
  • Leading initiatives to improve staff training, product knowledge, and customer service skills across all stores.
  • Monitoring store costs, implementing cost control measures, and optimizing store performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, providing operational support, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews with franchisees, addressing operational issues, and providing solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Supporting franchisees in maintaining attractive store layouts and improving sales performance.
  • Overseeing store expansion and remodeling projects according to the company’s growth and optimization strategy.
  • Ensuring the smooth rollout of store remodels and maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all locations.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or or a related field.
  • industryExpertise in Sales Strategy Development and Sales Performance Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Industry and Retail Operations.
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Sales Analytics Tools.
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel and Sales Forecasting Tools.
  • Experience with Fees Stores Network and MS Office.
  • Leadership skills with proven Team Management and Problem Solving abilitie.s
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to Continuous Learning.
