What you'll do
- Organize, supervise, and coordinate assigned site work
- Ensure correct application of the Study in collaboration with the electrical-mechanical works supervisor
- Manage on-site work organization
- Collect and verify subcontractor measurements and assist in subcontractor certification preparation
- Conduct inspections of materials and completed work according to contractual requirements and quality program
- Complete Quality Control Forms
- Participate in organizing and conducting final quality inspections with the electrical-mechanical works supervisor or Quality Manager
- Provide necessary data for the project diary completion
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Project Registry) and organize or conduct staff training
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of project materials and equipment
- Monitor project finances
- Conduct market research and prepare procurement contracts for materials and subcontract electrical-mechanical work
- Assume supervision tasks of electrical-mechanical works as per building permits
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree
- Experience in building projects
- Multitasking and effective prioritization skills
- Problem Solving and attention to detail
- Communication Skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
- Expertise in Autocad and Microsoft Office

Η τεχνική εταιρεία ΕΛΕΜΚΑ ΑΕ , μέλος του Ομίλου ΜΕΤΚΑ, αναζητά Η/Μ Μηχανικό Εργοταξίου 5ετούς εμπειρίας σε κτιριακά Έργα, για την στελέχωση εργοταξίων της εταιρείας στην περιοχή της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Οργάνωση, επίβλεψη και συντονισμός των εργασιών της αρμοδιότητάς του.
Μέριμνα και ευθύνη για την σωστή εφαρμογή της Μελέτης σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ΗΜ εργασιών.
Μέριμνα και ευθύνη για την οργάνωση εργασιών επί τόπου του έργου.
Συγκέντρωση επιμετρήσεων των υπεργολάβων, έλεγχός τους και συμμετοχή στην σύνταξη των πιστοποιήσεων των υπεργολάβων σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ΗΜ εργασιών.
Διενέργεια ελέγχων στα υλικά και τις εκτελεσθείσες εργασίες σύμφωνα με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις, το Πρόγραμμα Ποιότητας και τους κανονισμούς / προδιαγραφές.
Συμπλήρωση των Εντύπων Ελέγχου Ποιότητας.
Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και τη διενέργεια τελικών ελέγχων ποιότητας σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ΗΜ εργασιών ή τον Υπεύθυνο Ποιότητας.
Προώθηση των απαραίτητων στοιχείων στον Υπεύθυνο για τη συμπλήρωση του Ημερολογίου του Έργου.
Δημιουργία και διατήρηση ολοκληρωμένης τεκμηρίωσης έργου (Μητρώο Έργου), οργάνωση ή/και διενέργεια εκπαιδεύσεων προσωπικού χρήστη.
Συμμετοχή στην ή/και αξιολόγηση και επιλογή υλικών και εξοπλισμού του έργου
Οικονομική παρακολούθηση Έργου
Έρευνα αγοράς – Σύνταξη συμβάσεων προμήθειας υλικών και εργασιών ΗΜ υπεργολάβων.
Ανάληψη καθηκόντων επίβλεψης ΗΜ εργασιών σύμφωνα με την άδεια δόμησης.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού Πολυτεχνείου
Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία 5 ετών σε κτιριακά έργα
Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών ταυτόχρονα και αποτελεσματικής ιεράρχησης εργασιών
Ισχυρές ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
Γνώση της Αγγλικής και Ελληνικής γλώσσας, προφορική και γραπτή
Άριστη γνώση του Autocad και του Microsoft Office
