Αυτή τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Μηχανικό – Υπεύθυνο Βάρδιας για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στο Ενεργειακό Κέντρο Αγίου Νικολάου, στην παραλία Διστόμου, Βοιωτίας.
Εντασσόμενος/η σε αυτόν τον ρόλο, θα βρίσκεστε στην πρώτη γραμμή της λειτουργίας και εποπτείας του Ενεργειακού Κέντρου, διασφαλίζοντας την ασφαλή, αποδοτική και αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία των μονάδων παραγωγής. Θα έχετε ενεργό ρόλο στον συντονισμό της ομάδας βάρδιας, στη διαχείριση κρίσιμων καταστάσεων και στη συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών λειτουργίας, συμβάλλοντας στην επίτευξη υψηλών προτύπων ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και απόδοσης.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Εξασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του Ενεργειακού Κέντρου κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας, σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα λειτουργίας των Μονάδων
Συντονισμός, εποπτεία και ανάπτυξη του προσωπικού βάρδιας.
Επιτήρηση και έλεγχος της λειτουργίας του εξοπλισμού, τόσο από τον θάλαμο ελέγχου όσο και με επιτόπιες επιθεωρήσεις.
Συντονισμός ενεργειών λειτουργίας και συνεργασία με την ομάδα συντήρησης για την ασφαλή εκτέλεση εργασιών (απομονώσεις, άδειες εργασίας κ.λπ.).
Συμμετοχή στη διερεύνηση δυσλειτουργιών και σύνταξη τεχνικών αναφορών.
Διασφάλιση τήρησης κανόνων ασφάλειας, περιβάλλοντος και εταιρικών πολιτικών.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Μηχανολόγου, Ηλεκτρολόγου, Μηχανικού Παραγωγής και Διοίκησης ή Ναυπηγού Μηχανικού και εγγραφή στο ΤΕΕ.
Εμπειρία 2+ ετών σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον ή/και σταθμούς παραγωγής ενέργειας (επιθυμητή).
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χρήση Η/Υ (MS Office).
Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο πρόγραμμα βαρδιών (shift work).
Ανεπτυγμένες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων, με προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα και υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης.
